Welcome to Villa Marbella, offering comforts of home. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas Fireplace, and beautiful Views of the mountains and greenbelt area. The sectional sofa offers ample seating for watching TV or enjoying a cozy evening by the fireplace.

Enjoy a feast cooked up in the spacious kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal. Entertaining your family and friends will be easy in the dining room or outdoor patio.

The master suite is spacious and bright, with a dressing area and the bathroom has dual sinks making getting ready for a night out a breeze.

The second bedroom has Two Twin beds that can be converted to a King. This bedroom has its own full bathroom.

You don’t need to over pack for your trip. Use the washer and dryer to keep clothes clean and fresh. An ironing and ironing board are also provided, and hair dryer too.

The Private courtyard is west facing so you can take in the beautiful Sunset views.

Tennis Enthusiast: If you love tennis, you will love this vacation home. Play doubles with your friends on one of the 8 tennis courts just a few steps away from the condo. You can even enjoy night games as the courts are lit. Need to improve your game, work with the tennis pro on staff during peak season. Are you a social butterfly? Sign up for tournaments and evening socials at the club house.

New to our rental amenities is the fitness room. There are cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, TVs all in a brand new space near the club house and tennis courts.

Sun and Swim: Is one of your favorite places to be poolside with a good book? You’re in luck! There are a total of 15 community pools. Two of which are just out the back gate to the left or right of the condo. With an abundance of pools, they are rarely crowed so you can enjoy some quite time in the sun.

Golf anyone?: There is something for everyone in the desert, including plenty of choices for golf. Just across Country Club Dr. you will find Desert Willows Golf Club where you can choose from two courses and have lunch in the club house. There is also the Desert Springs JW Marriott down the street also offering several golf courses. There are many more nearby, these are just the closest.

We also have a smaller condo a few doors down which is great if your traveling with a larger group and still want some privacy. Ask about Marbella Cottage.
