The Nitty Gritty of Probate in California

A sad truth is that people die every day. If they die without a a trust or a will it can make an already difficult time for their loved ones even harder, especially if they own real property and have children.

Today I attended a seminar hosted by probate attorney, Paul Horn.  He is well known in the real estate community for sharing his knowledge and educating real estate agents so they can better serve their clients.  Each time I have taken this class, I have learned something new that will help my clients and today was no different.
